Small, single steps
Lifestyle, diet and exercise changes, that is behavioural changes, are more likely to be successful with minor changes, small steps, initially.
Too much or too many changes at one time may be overwhelming and result in decreased motivation and mental and physical exhaustion.
Remember: Every small step you take, is better than just thinking about big steps.
