Wellness is derived from ‘well’, which has more meanings, eg. being healthy and feeling well. Wellness is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well-being.

You can have wellness in many ways by different means and methods.
Wellness can be obtained by simple every day activities or advanced spa treatments.
Travelling – physically and mentally – is part of wellness and feeling well.
